Masjid Call Block is built to silence notifications and phone calls from everyone except the contacts you choose, while a single toggle is on. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and doesn't do with your data.
Your contacts, the list of people you've allowed through, and your blocked-call log are stored only in this app's local storage on your phone. None of it is ever uploaded, synced to a server, or shared with us or anyone else. There is no account, no sign-in, and no backend that this data is sent to.
The app uses Firebase Analytics to log a small number of anonymous, aggregate events so we can tell whether the app is working as intended:
onboarding_complete — the first-time setup was finishedfocus_mode_toggled — the on/off toggle was flipped (and which state)call_blocked / notification_blocked — something was silencedThese events are counts and on/off states only. They never include a contact's name, phone number, or any other detail from your contacts or call log. This data is processed by Google as our analytics provider and is not sold or shared for advertising.
Masjid Call Block shows a small banner ad, served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) to deliver and measure ads, under Google's own privacy policy — see policies.google.com/privacy for how Google handles that. We do not sell or share your contacts, call log, or any other app data with advertisers or anyone else; the guarantee in "What stays on your device, always" above is unaffected by ads.
